I wouldn't mind being able to upload calendar data. I keep the Ward Calendar on my Palm Pilot and sync it to Outlook. This is super efficient for Bishopric Meetings and the random person who calls to use the building. But then I always have to go back and update the online calendar. It would be nice...

ProBoards.com is a free forum web hosting site. You can create your own forum in seconds and collaborate with other people. I am using one for alumni from my high school and another for a group of sales people for work.

I use FranklinCovey PlanPlus with outlook. I also sync it with my handled. I am a big FC nut and love their methodology. You can get a stand alone version that works with out outlook too.

Same here, IE Tab is awesome.

The ward clerk about 6 years ago created a hand drawn ward map. This has been a valuable tool for new members moving into the ward. When I first moved in they handed me a ward directory and a map, it made it so easy to find people and see who lived where. Also our missionaries have loved it as well....

I really have liked all the mapping software, but the problem is our ward is so small and close together, all the names are smashed together. Our ward covers 3 streets and expands over 4 blocks on each street.

Which RSS Feed are you using? Both feeds that I know of only report the new threads and the first post. I am using the new post feed, but my reader allows me to save and flag posts that I like. So if it is post I want to go back and read again or see the thread again I just do that. If I am replyin...
