Re: Time Shifting

Did you know there's a LDS Broadcast Post Event Survey? Of course. I have used it several times. As with most surveys, it is adequate but does not ask the questions I would like to answer. I created the broadcast survey, collaborating with the broadcast team. PM me on what you think should be on th...

Re: Camera w/ mount for Stake Confrence

The standard the Church uses for mounted camera is the Sony EVI-D80.

The page on MHTech.lds.org shows the standard webcast equipment: https://www.lds.org/help/support/webcast-products?lang=eng

Re: Limit on viewing stake conference webcast in homes?

There used to be a section on the webcast portal when scheduling an event where you needed to specify a range of how many connection including remote sites that you would need.
The new service is now scalable so does not ask this anymore.

Re: EPSON Projector wireless adapter - anyone using

I’ve never used the Epson wireless adapter, but I do use Miracast technology. If I remember right in looking into the Epson wireless and app, the Epson app only lets you project certain material like a photo image or a PowerPoint document, but won’t project a whole screen and does not work with Vide...

Re: Invisible AP

In all of our buildings, all the WAPs are installed above the ceiling in the rafter area where many of the utilities are located. I believe most of the new standard building designs have them. Behind a locked door are the stairs to get up above where you can walk along the whole parameter of the bui...

Re: Vidiu Overlay or wirecast

You can no longer purchase a Wirecast license from the church. You used to be able to download the trial software then order a license through store.lds.org at a discount, but when the software was updated to a new version, the Church pulled it off the store as of a few weeks ago. If your stake stil...

Re: Projector mounting policy

Is the Church still dead set against permanently mounting a projector? The official policy can be found here: https://www.lds.org/help/support/meetinghouse-policy?lang=eng#7 The FM is responsible for any mounting "in compliance with MFD standard plans". I end up being the first to arrive ...
