After several settings changes and restarts we called support and they said the west servers were having issues. Interesting you had issues on the West server. We had our stake conference this weekend in Herriman, UT and I set it on the West server as well. We had 100% health the whole time on both...

Once you can get an Ethernet connection, I would turn off the WAPs using TM.

If you have MLS launch errors after your system gets the Windows 10 upgrade, please follow the fix on the mhtech.lds.org Windows 10 Upgrade page. There are some systems that need to run MLS in compatibility mode.

Printer issue after Windows 10 upgrade

The Church is pushing an upgrade to Windows 10 on Clerk computers. After the upgrade, you may need to uninstall and reinstall your printer driver if it stops working properly. The Church has started upgrading clerk computers to Windows 10. On some systems after the upgrade, MLS may not launch and give an error message.
