After several settings changes and restarts we called support and they said the west servers were having issues. Interesting you had issues on the West server. Once you can get an Ethernet connection, I would turn off the WAPs using TM.
You could also try powerline networking as well. ... g?lang=eng.

If you have MLS launch errors after your system gets the Windows 10 upgrade, please follow the fix on the Windows 10 Upgrade page. There are some systems that need to run MLS in compatibility mode.
