Just needs powered on and internet connected, does not matter if logged in or not.

If you have MLS launch errors after your system gets the Windows 10 upgrade, please follow the fix on the mhtech.lds.org Windows 10 Upgrade page. There are some systems that need to run MLS in compatibility mode.

Printer issue after Windows 10 upgrade

The Church is pushing an upgrade to Windows 10 on Clerk computers. After the upgrade, you may need to uninstall and reinstall your printer driver if it stops working properly. MLS Launch issue after Windows 10 upgrade

The Church has started upgrading clerk computers to Windows 10. On some systems after the upgrade, MLS may not launch and give an error message. The Windows 10 upgrade is transparent, so all your files, programs, and logins will remain the same. When you setup a new Windows 10 system for the fist time, the provisioning tool will ask you to create a unique user/password for the system.

Most if not all the cameras the Church is installing in new Stake Centers are SD cameras. I would recommend SD video even if your camera has HD capabilities. An SD stream upload/download needed is 1.5 Mbps/1.0 Mbps, but for HD you need more like 4Mbps/2.1Mbps. If your buildings can really handle HD ...

Not sure of the specifics of your failure, but surprised with 50Mbps you are having issues. What is your upload speed? The upload for the broadcast site for the Teradek VidiU using Standard Definition quality is 1.5 Mbps, the receiving download sites 1.0 Mbps. For HD you need more like 4Mbps upload ...
