Setting Apart

Can anyone direct me to the Handbook where it talks about who can participate in ordination circles? I'm specifically looking for policies that state who can be part of the circle when a Stake President is setting apart a newly sustained Bishop.

Thank you for your help.

Readmission Documents

I am the Stake Clerk with a bishop needing help with the readmission of a member who removed their records from the Church over 5 years ago. As noted in the Handbook (6.14.4). The bishop and I have searched how to retrieve the Report of Administrative Action, with no success. The Handbook mentions t...

Re: Requested Leader features

Is there a general release or waiver for YSA activities that have increased risk? I don't think there would be because they're adults, but figured I'd ask.

Patriarchal Blessing Recommendations

When Bishops in our stake go to submit a recommendation for a Patriarchal Blessing, the Patriarch's contact information doesn't populate on the submission like it should. How can we fix that?

Re: Budget Calculation

Yes, I understand the Quarterly Report shows that, but how is the number calculated? For example: The calculation for YSA = (((SM attendance / Total Members) * YSA Members) * $$.$$ per person) The calculation for General Budget = (SM attendance * $$.$$ per person) I'm curious what the calculation is...

Re: Budget Calculation

Thank you for the quick reply.

How are the budgets calculated for the Young Men and Young Women categories? Do they receive an amount per person, or is it calculated similar to how the YSAs are?

Really just trying to wrap my head around all of the calculations. Thanks in advance.

Unit Statistics

Is there a way to generate past unit statistics, either on a Ward or Stake level? Trying to find out how many YSA members were in the Stake from a previous quarter.

Re: Budget Calculation

For example, if your ward has 20 YSAs, and your Sacrament meeting attendance is 50%, then it is calculated that 10 YSAs are active, and the YSA budget allocation is based upon that number. In your example, you use 20 for the number of YSAs in the ward. From a Stake Clerk position, where would you f...

Budget Allowance - YSA

After much deliberation, I cannot find an answer to my question. In the Projected Budget Allowance form generated each quarter by Church HQ, the form indicates that the allocation for Young Single Adults is calculated by "multiplying the number of single adults (ages 18 to 30) from membership r...

Return Missionary List?

Hello to all of you out there, I'm curious if there is a list we can generate via LDS.org or MLS that highlights mission service. We are trying to pull together a class for return missionaries, so it would be good to have an easy list to pull up rather than go through each new record to find out if ...
