In our stake we have given guidelines for the description field. We have asked that the event information be spelled out (no abbreviations) and the contact information email and/or phone number of the person requesting the event. We have very good compliance on this in my experience (building schedu...

I like this idea, however the contact information is currently the last person who modified the event. Unless we have a change log this won't solve all problems in contacting the correct person to chase down the right person.

I too would like the ability to have all the details about who changed an event and when. It would make is so much easier to track down the people to contact. What we currently do in our stake is that we ask the person putting the item on the calendar to put their name and email in the description w...

Our ward is roughly shaped like Oklahoma and about 15 miles (E-W) x 8 (N-S) miles with a panhandle that sticks into another stake. There is a large part of our ward that is forest land so doesn't need to be mapped. In the two stakes that we have bounced between we have always been the largest ward g...

I also have found no way to navigate so that I can get our geographically large ward in a single frame for an ANSI E (44 x 34) plotter sized print. The automatic clustering is frustrating, but I would be willing to hand write in names for households where the automatically clustering occurs if neces...

Feature Request: Print Large (Plotter Size) Maps of Ward

Currently the map function can print an 11"x17" page as it's largest area. I am trying to print that can be used by the missionaries in our ward. They wanted one poster sized. I have come up with creative, but time consuming ways of doing this for them. It would be great if the printing fu...

I still don't see that on the Distribution Center website.

I would suggest, in the mean time, printing out the lesson for the instructor from the manual in large print on your computer. Here is the link for you George Albert Smith Manual.
Hope this helps.

In our stake we have put together a convention that people entering information put a 2 character label for each ward. For example we have 3 wards in our building their labels are CR, LL, and FW. So in the label it will read CR RS ARM (Cedar River Relief Society Additional Relief Society Meeting) th...
