We have added Ward Mission Leaders as having editing rights to our Stake Center Calendar to deal with exact problem. We have a font in only two buildings in our Stake. So our Stake Center has a stake level calendar that the Ward Mission Leaders have admin rights to, so they can schedule the font. Ea...

I like the idea of the ability to have an open ended non-location item on the calendar. There are times that that could be handy.

I would like to be able to help test if possible. I am the building scheduler for a building that is shared by two stakes. So we have a unique situation that one ward in our building is blind to the schedule of the building. I am also the ward website administrator.
