Thank you Brother Brown, et al. That's kind of what I was afraid of (and had remembered was the case from years past). So only the move-outs, etc. that the clerks had recorded as of Dec 31st will be reflected in the quarterly reports. That should give us added emphasis to be more vigilant towards th...

Quarterly Reports- Membership Statistics

I plead guilty of using you well-informed brethren as a crutch for my not having to research question on my own. But could someone direct me to a possible thread on details concerning quarterly ward reports as far as determining accurate membership statistics? As a stake membership clerk, I would li...

Thank you Brother Brown. I was finally able to get back onto the Stake computer today to check out that path. I found the Saved Forms page directly under Report/Forms (no Forms/Certif intermediate page was necessary). It did contain by my 3 saved files WITH the different file names I gave them. So t...

Stake Officers Sustaining Lists

We are having a prep meeting shortly for our upcoming stake conference, and I'm on the stake computer in MLS trying to determine how to tailor our stake officers Sustaining list. When you go into Reports/Forms- Officers Sustaining Forms, the field-prompt asks you to “Find Form in list”, and it gives...

Newly Formatted MLS Stake Callings

For any who have printed their ward callings list lately, you may have noticed the recent MLS version has added a feature where certain (“standard”) Stake callings held by your ward members are printed after your other ward callings categories. Our ward happens to have an abundance of callings in ou...

That was exactly what we needed. I called him back and he was able to find that L&UCR function from his Stake Clerk log-in. I've printed out the Oct 9th thread you pulled up and will give that to him as well.

Hope you get extra blessings for being so prompt with your reply.

Recording Bishopric Change

I remember seeing a thread several month ago (and I may have added a note to it myself) on recording bishopric changes, but I can’t seem to find it using the search bar here. Can someone bring it up again for me? Our Stake Clerk and I are having a hard time remembering how he is to record the name o...

Sounds like some good advice- I hope our assigned website photo-rep has kept the former photos; but I agree it would be good to try and get new ones also. Yes, I’ve seen a handful of our more “techno-progressive” ward members upload their individual photos for posting; they will pr...

Thanks for that thorough reply. I think you’re correct in assuming that our Stake website administrator made the switch to the new website for our directories. I wonder if there’s any use in asking him if there are any provisions to retrieve the member photos from the classic site, eithe...

Website Status Updates: It seems to me that there hasn’t been much discussion recently about the changing status of the new vs. classic websites in this discussion forum (forgive me if I can’t find one if here). But here’s what I’m finding lately about their status: Directori...
