Re: Temple Recommend Book
I got it figured out. You can order them online now, as stated above. thanks eblood66. Reference for future searchers on this topic: I noticed there was no limited use book (book 3) to order. I was told to search for item number 0949700 at store.lds.org but that returned no results. I found out that...

Re: Leader and Clerk Resources down?
It turns out the member in question already has a confidential case open, and I cannot open the second case (the disciplinary council). It's unfortunate that the message received after clicking on, "This confidential action is already in progress," is misleading, telling me that the server...

Re: Leader and Clerk Resources down?
I have tried both the network in the church building and my home. I am not using any bookmarked pages. I log in to leader and clerk resources, select Membership -> disciplinary council -> enter the members name. I am then presented with a link "This confidential action is already in progress.&q...

Re: FHC computer not connecting to network
we had to do a restore on a fhc computer. the computer is back up, renamed to its original name, and configured with fhc setup. the computer will not connect to the building's network, and so it will not get an ip address, which results in not being able to complete the central identification. How ...

Re: FHC computer not connecting to network
24hrs later the computer just connected to the network. Nothing was done to the computer, it just sat over night. It then took 5 tries to fill out the central identification before it took. Is the church system this slow that things take 24hrs to be allowed to connect and communicate with the system...

Re: FHC computer not connecting to network
The question I have is, is there a specific procedure or steps to get a machine online in the FHC, or can you plug any computer into a wall port in the FHC and it will get online?

Re: FHC computer not connecting to network
The machines seems to send and received packets. the problem is it has a 169 address since it is not being served an address via the dhcp. Device manager has no complaints about the nic and its driver. the restore process re imaged the machine configured as an FHC computer thus all drivers are baked...
