Thank you for your fast and good answer Dana, however we had it all working on all the pc's; both Scan-to-pc as well as local scan from pc -it was last used around half a year ago, but when the Bishop recently needed a scan, the icon (scan-to-pc) was removed from the Lexmark and it was not possible ...

Hello,, our FHC Lexmark printer no more has the option of scanning to the pc's. Do any of you know, if this is due to some update (of Windows 10 or the Lexmark)? How to avoid those that tries to "sabotage"? I mean those that makes lots of faults, so the indexed data is not the same as the handwritten data. In old times when a CD was sent to people, the data was only accepted, if another person made the same "translation"; could we please ...

Hello and thank you for this tread :) I too was frustrated only to be able to scan to FamilySearch: many old photographs are elipital or should by other reason be cropped (old certificates have also odd measurements), the tiny keyboard on the Lexmark had German keys (I have now changed it to Danish)...
