Re: Record of my child's donations

Children under 13 can't use the online donation system. I'm not sure whether they can view their donation history online using their own Church Account. If they can, it would have to be using their account. A parent's account doesn't currently have any visibility to their children's donations. But t...

Re: Record of my child's donations

No there isn't. The clerk should have distributed their annual tax statement to you before the end of January. It sounds like that didn't happen so you'll need to ask him for it.

Re: Financial Clerk with limited access

In order to authorize a donation batch in MLS, the user must also hold a calling (recorded in LCR) which provides finance rights. So he would not be able to authorize a batch unless recorded in LCR with a Assistant Ward Clerk-Finance or Assistant Ward Clerk calling which will also provide rights to ...

Re: Unit Statistics reporting incorrect numbers

There isn't anything you can do directly. It may correct itself automatically when it next recalculates the statistics but you may want to call the Global Service Department so they can pass it on to the developers to look at.

Re: Missing Deposit Bag Strip

I don't think there is anything you can do (other than hope the auditor doesn't choose that week to audit or doesn't look at the strip--of the many audits I've been through I've only had one auditor look at the strip but your mileage may vary).

Re: Where to see electronic reimbursements?

There is no record available to members other than the emails they are sent when the transaction occurs and their own bank records. The ward/stake clerk or finance clerk can view information about previous reimbursements such as amount, date the transaction was initiated and payee. They don't not ha...

Re: Missing CUBS Unit Financial Statement - Jan 2020

Although the statement usually shows up early in the month, I've seen a couple times where it was delayed for some reason. There is no promise of when it will be available. If it will allow you to generate it in LCR then that is just as official as the pre-generated one (and should be identical). An...

Re: Divorce

I wasn't aware that there was any way of entering a new marriage before terminating the prior marriage. But if that did happen then you're going to need to call the Global Service Center/Department and ask them to record the divorce information.

Re: "No recorded donations" 2019 tax statement issues

Find out the date of at least one of the donations and then find that donation on the Donations tab in LCR. Look at the donor record (I believe the donor name has a link that will go to the donor record) and make sure the donor record has their MRN on it. If not, you'll need to add the MRN to it. I'...
