Thanks for the suggestion

Russell, Thank you so much for the suggestion to call satellite support. I didn't realize it was so easy for them to reprogram the receiver. I tried to get on here to thank you that day, but the server always seems to be down or overloaded for me on Sunday's. I was able to call satellite services an...

DirtPoki,

I've been having the same problems for about a month now. I imagine they haven't quite got the bugs worked out yet.

Scott.

Well under the new site it seems to me that all their would be is administering the calendar to which you can add individual callings or members as administrators. On the old site, last time I looked which was at least a year ago, you could add anyone as an administrator to the site. That could poss...

Well unfortunately we didn't have the two week notice that this was going to happen to plan adequately for it. I understand the plan is to do this more frequently and if the unit is started, we will order another receiver for the ASL broadcasts. We will not be watching it live in English, only provi...

ASL Broadcast of Christmas Devotional

Does anyone know for sure if the ASL version of the Christmas Devotional will be available two hours after it starts? My stake wants to delay the broadcast and show only the ASL version for a new unit we are trying to start. It is my understanding that we don't have the satellite equipment to receiv...

Check out VLC. That's what we use to view our stake conferences in other buildings and it works on Mac and Windows as well as I believe iOS devices now too.

Shane, My best suggestion for you is the twisted pair. If you consider what you'll pay for a VGA DA and decent cables, you'll probably be at about the same cost as the video baluns. The great thing about running twisted pair though is that you are future proofing yourself. Today you want to run VGA,...

- The icon doesn't appear in other logins (that's easy to fix) I suspect that is the true source of the problem now that I have a greater understanding of what is going on, and especially since I couldn't even find the program to test the needed rights. Thanks for all the help. I'll let you know if...

Thanks for all the quick responses. I was finally able to get some more information. Apparently they can't run some Inventory Manager application without administrative rights. I just looked for it and couldn't even find the application, but I understand they use it to check in and out films that ar...

FHC Logins/Usernames and passwords, administrator access

Good morning all, I was recently called as STS and have been lurking here for some time. When I was called I was given a list of the logins to the computers, but when I went to do some support on the FHC computers, I found that information wasn't accurate. Each computer was different and took some t...
