Do I need to individually add all classes for the upcoming year? Newly created ward
and so I am inputting all classes for 2016 but 2017 not coming up automatically?

As this was only place I found topic of set up and clean up addressed I am posting here.
Would like to have you add 1.5 hours for set up. It takes 1.5 hours to fill the font and
no option for that so must always choose 2 hours for set up.

Very interesting question! I am ward webmaster and stake bldg scheduler. I routinely put school holidays on our ward calendar
so that when ward is planning for the year they also see school holidays etc.
