All the procedures are correct, and the proper way of finding your records. Since church records are computerized, the information that is needed to 'find' your record are those things that rbeede identified, except you have reason to believe that the last known location of your records is in the Ro...

We also have a recurring event that has double-booked one resource. It was scheduled within the last two days and reserved the cultural hall on one evening each week. The event it stepped on was a single instance that has set up and clean up time scheduled and includes the cultural hall among the mu...

Erin, thanks for following up confirming that it is in the works. I'm glad to know that, as a feature, it will be back. That feature combined with the ability to sort the list by map number have been great tools that allow us to be more efficient in finding people and organizing visits.

Filtering on verified location status missing

The previous version allowed a nice filter to sort those households that are verified, unverified, unmapped (looks like this status has been changed to unknown), or approximate location. This ability is missing but is very, very useful. The use case is that our ward was able to start with the Ward L...

Preferred behavior would be that the even that was created on the calendar using a specific...

Talent and Interest form updated with MLS categories.

Survey.xls Survey.ods Here is a version of the Talent and Interest survey that I redid to include some things that we wanted on the form also. We included the items that are default in MLS but weren't on the original form. The original official church form that this is based on can be downloaded as...

We have talked about utilizing the map tool to 'verify' addresses of people on the ward list. Since the maps allow you to do all sorts of cool things, including filter on those who are still unverified and zoom in on a certain area and print out the map, it could provide a useful tool for keeping tr...

I second Jason's concern. I would like to see a way for individuals to opt-in to messages from the ward leadership and opt-out of having their e-mail address show up on the ward directory. I don't mind mine being in both places, but since a recent update made it so we can no longer send e-mails to m...
