Re: Uploaded photo is not displayed

I have documented steps taken in LUD-1636. For those who don't have access to JIRA, here they are: Steps to replicate/solve issue: 1. Log into LDS.org/Directory 2. Open household (under "Households") 3. The photo is not displayed correctly (see attachment). Documented if it was the househo...

Re: Uploaded photo is not displayed

UPDATE: If I upload and associate a new photo to the household, the individual photos from the previous ward display correctly. So, I'm forced to upload and associate a new photo with the household when they move into my ward. Buggy, but it's a workaround.

Re: Uploaded photo is not displayed

I am the ward website administrator (should have specified, sorry). I haven't uploaded a photo for the individual yet. He just moved into our ward. It looks like a photo is there, but it's not displaying. There are no photos for me to approve. I could upload and associate a new photo to the individu...

Uploaded photo is not displayed

When I open a household, the photo that is in the system is not displayed. I've attached a screenshot (problem outlined in red). This typically occurs as new members are moved into the ward. Help?

wertdl said they needed to be added "as a counselor/exec. sec./clerk for you to gain this access." Looking at the situation, I'm uncertain what this means. I would think that since the mission president and counselors appear as a "parent" to the other organizations that they wou...

The counselors in the mission presidency are in CDOL as described in the second response, but are still not able to access the branch directories. Is there a link that has to be activated or some other step we can do? It takes about 24-48 hours for everything to sync from CDOL to the other online r...

I saw this post yesterday about obtaining access to Directory for a senior couple serving in a ward/branch. Although you're referring to LDS Maps, I think the cause is related. Missionaries, as far as I'm aware, typically don't have access to this information electronically. I'm curious to know if a...

No, auxiliary presidencies have no administrative rights of any kind in the Directory. I would note that making sure that photos are posted is not the same thing as uploading them yourself. The bishop is free to make assignments as he sees fit, but it seems to me that RS and EQ presidencies could m...

If a senior couple is called on a full-time mission to a ward/branch besides their own (non-live-at-home couples), they just need to work with the ward/branch clerks to get this information manually (on paper). The Missionary Department, to my knowledge, has not authorized access for missionaries to...

Can auxiliary presidencies post photos to the directory via their standard calling in MLS? I'm in a YSA ward, and our bishop wants each presidency (RS and EQ) to make sure photos are posted. If they can't through their standard calling in the auxiliary/quorum, I guess I'll just add them all as websi...
