Closer, but phones not fixed yet!

For reports that list households (such as the Directory of Members), only household phone numbers (and household e-mail addresses, where applicable) will be shown. Individual phone numbers and e-mail addresses are never shown on such reports (which seems entirely appropriate to me). I'm not so sure...

track LUWS usage?

Is there a way to track how many of my ward members are accessing our LUWS? (a HIT counter, so to speak.) Which pages are accessed the most. Or, even more specifically, which users accounts are active, and which are not? How can we guage our effectiveness in increasing use?

We use it for all meeting agendas, sacrament meeting programs, appointment lists, when people last spoke, when people last prayed in sacrament mtg, when people did prayers/spiritual thoughts for meetings, email lists, etc.... ...our EQ and RS groups have created their own manual lists and email met...

2010 gospel doctrine lessons available on LUWS?

I read the stake can now set up the 2010 RS & Priesthood lessons. When can the ward administrators set up the LUWS ward schedule for gospel doctrine 2010 lessons?

I have used it myself for a shared lesson schedule between three i...

LU website calendar "tweak-" turn off stake!

When using our "local unit website calendar," our stake events are bothersome. they are often not always reliable, and often not applicable to our ward. While I understand this is a stake input issue, why can't we have an option on the calendar to select which "group" of events to display? Much like...

Ward agendas on google docs

I also wish to have collaborative agendas, such as is possible on google docs. I used it for an ongoing quorum lesson schedule between 3 instructors before with good results. But I'm not sure it is safe/secure for the sensitive stuff that sometimes appear on our ward agendas. any thoughts? I'll star...

Make "proposed home teaching changes" report?

Problem: Any changes to MLS Home teaching & VT assignments happen immediately. However, there are times when we need to make extensive Home teaching assignment changes, but need to wait before they take effect, such as the need to get bishopric approval, or finish last months reports. How can we bu...
