Re: Staples Account
I encourage you to price check staples. We regretted using Staples. If you have someone in the ward who can buy online or at Costco and be reimbursed it is always better. We're in a high sales tax state and it is still better to use Costco than Staples. (We have a Walmart tax exempt status, but I do...

Re: Best way to track Sacrament Meeting talks
The method working its way through Vegas wards is a google spreadsheet that all the bishopric members of that ward can see concurrently. There is a count query that updates in real time the last time the adults and the youth have spoken. We track the prayers and the conducting rotation on the same s...

Re: Scout Trailer
I just got off the phone with LDS Fleet Services. Now knowing that there is such a thing, I suggest that units call them (via Global Service Center) with questions about vehicles. The answer for our ward trailer is that it should be titled: Corp Pres Bishop Church of Jesus Christ The address for the...

Re: Lesson Schedules Discountinued 2017
You are correct in that the calendar would serve the function however many wards already use the calendar quite extensively and putting every class schedule on would tend to make the calendar mess. Our ward has a calendar for adult lessons, but Android users find it hard to subscribe to the calenda...

Re: iOS 9 and LDS.org
I'm on the public beta and the issue affects LDS tools links as well. iOS 9 seems very aggressive about dumping the user to an app. I say IOS 9 but it's only LDS.org that does this for me. I have tried two other browsers and the behavior persists in these (because the use the safari engine, right?).

Re: LCR 3 access table
I think I'm asking the wrong question. Say I need know/show who in relief society can enter VT visits, how can I see that. What I'm seeing says 2014.

LCR 3 access table
Lots of answers to questions link to the existing access table for LCR prior to the beta. We have questions about who can't access LCR because they aren't falling instructions and who can't access because they don't have access.
Is there a link to the 3.0 beta access table?

Re: Link to Newsletter
I love that someone uses the newsletter feature. We don't really, so I've never run into this. Have you seen url shorteners like bit.ly?

This is what my .csv for 2015 looks like (don't ask about the mid-year time change).
