We need to find a way to get the Brethren to follow up on Home Teaching as well as the sisters follow up on Visiting Teaching. I hate to admit it, but I see a distinct difference. It's true. When we get to that point in Ward Council where we need to know what is happening in the ward and who needs ...

It seems you've become the institutional memory of the ward. While the idea didn't work before, perhaps it was the execution that failed, not that the idea was bad. Most of the ideas seem kind of a like a gimmick or are just not effective. Things like: have the bishop/high counselor/somebody with a...

Home teaching statistics on how/why?

In my most recent two callings, I've been in a position to observe how home teaching works and doesn't work in our Elders Quorum. The Bishop wants to have a meeting to discuss it. There has been enough turnover in our ward, that I'm now seeing the same old ideas tried again as new ideas in an attemp...

How is this different than the normal sync process that we do each Sunday? I'm not sure how it will pull down the duplicate data for me to delete it unless these steps are somehow different than the default sync MLS does. We've never seen the data duplicated in MLS. (Note that using the Android LDS ...
