The point made back previously is that all the wards are not on the same schedule because of Ward Conference. The ability asked for is to make those changes at a ward level on a ward by ward basis. PR/RS Lessons at Stake Level is great
I think in this case it was a choice of the PM (no policy either way) and thinking that the lesson schedule should be the same across the stake they wanted to reduce the ammount of work and so took it at a single level. Now that it has been out and feedback returned updates eventually will be made....

Only User ID is recorded
So the real question is which of the two identifiers is recorded in the logs as a user performs various tasks while using MLS? Can anyone from the MLS team answer this? I'm not on the MLS team, but I'm certain that only the user ID is recorded as connecting a user to a transaction. Here's my reason...
