I'm the Stake clerk. According to the Wiki https://www.lds.org/help/support/rights-and-roles?lang=eng Lesson Schedules is not available at the stake level, but stake leaders and clerks have administrative rights for their own ward so that they can learn how the application works and provide training...

I use an image similar to that, but it says "No Photo" so that it's easy to tell if someone has opted out or not.

Could a feature be added that would make an opt-out photo be displayed when someone chooses to hide or opt-out of uploading a photo? When hinting down members that do not have a photo in the directory it is difficult to know if it's missing because they haven't done it yet, or if they just don't wan...

It seems that photos are not downloaded to lds tools until a members record is accessed. Is that right? If so, Could an option be added to the sync menu that allows you to download all photos at the time of syncing rather than waiting when you access the record?
