Re: Sidebar pop instead of pop-window

I often am displaying my screen (in a classroom setting, or via Zoom) and want to highlight a section of a talk, or a portion of a verse, and of course the popup is distracting. Good idea, please submit the Feedback!

Re: How to Send a Message to Aaronic Priesthood Leaders?

Hmmm. When I go to send a message, I get an option to choose "All Young Men Leaders". Selecting this, I indeed see that this also includes our only YM Advisor. I don't know if this is available to me because of my calling, or if it's generally available to all who have LCR access.

Re: List of members/households without profile pictures

I think it's a bit more "reasonable" to ask leaders to have their pictures available for members. I know it's a helpful two-way thing for the Stake to recognize local leaders, and for local leaders to know who the Stake leaders are. And also for new move-ins to get to know their leaders. B...

Re: 2021 Recording Attendance Guidelines

Question for somebody who knows: would be be correct to say that Best Practice for a ward clerk would be to always import attendance data when submitting the Quarterly Report, even if they already did it a few days prior? I'm thinking that often an organization may update attendance without letting ...

Re: 2021 Recording Attendance Guidelines

Record attendance for the members of your ward or branch. Additionally, although you'll see every Sunday listed when you go to the attendance reports, you only need to worry about entering attendance for the Sundays you have Sunday School classes. The other organizations will take care of the Sunda...

Re: Upload new signature cards?

I just tried Edge, Chrome, and Explorer with no luck for printing the new signature card Can you verify you tried these steps (using a computer, not cellphone)? 1) Go to LCR Finance 2) Select "Reports => Signature Cards" 3) Click "Update Card" button 4) Click "Print Card&qu...

Re: Member Reimbursement Account not recognized

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? Just to confirm, how long has it been since the member checked the box for electronic reimbursement? I know I often see responses in the Forum where users expect things to have a quicker turnaround than what ends up happening. Might not be the case here, ...

Re: Moving to a new city - ward boundaries?

How YSA's wards/branches function in practice will vary greatly based on location. If you're asking a Q about Utah, it will be different than in the eastern US states. In my Stake, we don't have a YSA unit, and some YSA's attend a YSA college ward in a neighboring Stake, others a smaller YSA Branch ...

Re: Thoughts on letting members mark their own attendance

One aspect to consider is the stewardship that leaders have to watch over their members. It may be that the Church sees clerk's attendance recording as a way for the leaders to "remember and nourish" those they serve, by checking themselves who is attending the meetings they're responsible...

Re: 2021 Recording Attendance Guidelines

I think this is a change from what was initially rolled out. OK, I'm glad you confirmed that. I recently looked at the Access Table, and was a bit confused because it indeed indicated that Advisers and other sorts of "non-Presidency" members now have access to the attendance rolls, which ...
