So at the moment, both girls are not in RS. But they are not in Laurels either.
Now that they are NOT in RS, if we attempt to "add them to the Laurels" class, they are not even listed as options. We closed out all the tabs and reopened them after we removed them from RS.

Moving 18yo girl back to YW not working at 3.1.4
We have two 18yos that show up as being part of the RS; we attempted to remove them from RS and specify Laurels, but this fails (there's no error given, but multiple attempts show that they are not in the Laurels). (We've successfully moved from the RS to Laurels in the past, but it just doesn't see...

Custom reports and individual phone numbers
We're at 3.1.4_16999 + the undocumented Thursday (1/7) patch. During our primary activity today, I was playing with custom reports and individual phone numbers. I did not see any option for phone numbers and emails for my report *except* "Contact Phone Number" (or email). [Note, I'm doing ...

Even for those who preserved the phone numbers (we did), canvassing members at tithing settlement or some other method is probably necessary. We saved the numbers, but just like CHQ we have no way of knowing what the old Secondary Phone was meant to be: Was it the spouse's number, or a cell or work...

Finding all known addresses for a deceased member
I'm cutting-and-pasting-and-editing from an email: ---- Start ---- A non-member friend has a grandmother who is a member and lived in the U.S. for most of her life. The grandmother is originally from (European country) and went back there a few years ago and just died. (EU country) won't let her be ...

Assisting the Family History Rep
Our family history rep would like a printout of member names, confirmation dates, and membership numbers. Obstensibly, this is so that she can go house by house and provide information for the members to create logins. Is this kosher? I would expect members to come get their information if they need...

These men are married to members and are included in MLS so that their wives don't appear to be single women when we print out the phone directory, etc. I thought that was a no-no, unless they had given their express consent. (I was told when I started as a clerk that the consent of the non-member ...

Must be in SLC?
It seems today that most IT positions *must* be located in SLC. However, I haven't found any real reason why someone couldn't work from a remote location anywhere in the US and travel to SLC once a quarter.
Any hope for remote IT work in the future?
