LUWS. Later the Stake Clerk and I discovered that his wife's record was entirely gone, and his record had become a sort of shell - only showed his name and that he was Stake President, everything else was empty (no contact info, no priesthood, no household info, etc.) So this may not be a LUWS issue...

Stake President Not on Stake Leadership List

Our Stake President no longer appear in the Stake website leadership directory. His counselors appear. He does appear in the Administrators page. He does appear in the version for printing and the abbreviated version. Has there been a change in the software? Has anyone else experienced this? What ca...

It appears the same "bug" is in the ical "export.ics" file, since apparently no end date is ever included as a "DTEND" value unless an ending time is given. That would appear to make the "export.ics" file unreliable as well. However, the vcal "export.vcs" actually appears to include a DTEND value wi...

I've done some experimenting. Here is what it looks like to me. The "export.csv" file never has anything in the "end" field of a record unless an ending time is given by the user. If an ending time is given, then the record has a date and a time inserted in the "end" field , i.e., "06/08/11 22:00:00...

Bug in CSV Calendar Download?

I am entering events in our stake website calendar to create a printed calendar for the stake. I download the data in CSV format and then use that "export.csv" file to create the printed calendar. I just noticed that General Conference shows up on the website calendar on Saturday, April 3, 2010 and ...

Using MLS we created a custom report for Home Teaching that shows only the households in alpha order (without regard to quorum) and the home teachers with their phone numbers. We print that report as a PDF and post it to the website. That way ward members can identify and contact their own home teac...

Another Use for Web Resources

We have used the Web Resource section for links to the "Teachings for Our Time" conference talks selected for our Ward/Stake. We enter them with the conference talk selected for the most recent month at the top of the admin list and then build downward. That way as each month passes we delete the en...

Extra Double Quote Mark

When you click into the "Administrative Options" and select "Add" under "Resources" the third bullet point under the title "Add a Resource" ends with a double quote mark that probably should not be there.

Yes, it's a tiny nit to be picking at, but I didn't know where else to mention it.

You'd think if Church Wide events appeared that the stake events that got pushed down to the ward calendar would appear too. I think it would be a be a good idea to show the pushed down stake events. Not only to avoid conflict but to avoid duplication. This is exactly my present problem. We put all...

Stake Events do not appear on Administrator Calendar

I am authorized as a ward web site administrator. When I click into the "Administrator Options" and then click into the "Ward Calendar" I see the display of the ward calendar. The calendar shows the "Churchwide Events" (in black) and the "Ward" events, but the "Stake Events" (supposed to be in blue)...
