Re: LDS Tools Permissions Stake Clerk vs lowly bishopric mem
Note that the feature set for the iPhone version and Android version of LDS Tools is currently different. The iPhone version has more features than the released Android version. If the counselor was using Android and the Stake Clerk was using iPhone it could explain some of the differences. I did n...

The stake clerk could do more tricks than an organ grinder's monkey, upload pics, change data, etc. The bishopric counselor could do none of that. I would think bishopric counselors would have elevated p...

MLS should do it automatically, and it should show ordained and unordained as you would expect. This is the first I have seen/heard of this issue. They've updated the build of 3.5 that you can download here: https://www.lds.org/callings/melchizedek-priesthood/records-and-technology-support/mls-download?lang=eng to include the patch. With permission from your bishop (and stake president to be prudent) you can download and update on your own tim...

MLS (3.5) Not showing all quorum members
Hi All, Our deacons quorum leadership complained about inaccurate rolls. I went to MLS (just upgrade to 3.5) and printed an Organization Report for the Deacons. It listed two members. I created a custom report: Sex=M, Age is or is greater than 12 and Age is or is less than 13. On that I got 10 membe...

So how did it go? Did you successfully get the update? How long did it take? Here's how it went for me: I downloaded 3.5 by following the link in post #1 of this thread: To get the official information about the MLS 3.5 release, please visit the Record-Keeping and Technology Support site: http://cl...
