As a temporary workaround, you could go into 2011 using the drop down menu and zero out the amounts there. That will make it so only your 2012 amounts appear in both the summary and detail reports. Just got off the phone with DC the procedure is.

Stake President needs to send letter on his letter head requesting replacement. Letter needs to include Unit name needing replacement, unit number, who replacement is for, and reason for replacement.
