Re: Report of Returned Missionaries

Ok, I spoke to soon. The Full-Time Missionaries appears to not have been updated since 2018. Nothing since then. I have over 30 in our stake who have returned home since March 2020.

I will keep looking. That should be the place I would find it.

Re: Report of Returned Missionaries

You could just use the features that are built into the system. In Leader and Clerk Resources: * Organizations > Full-Time Missionaries * Click on the Returned tab * Click on the Returned column header That is exactly what I was looking for. I think this will work for us. This falls into the "...

Report of Returned Missionaries

I need to create a report of all Missionaries who have returned home/released in the last 6 months. Using the Create a report, I can get a list of returned missionaries but there is not a column for release date available. If I go to the missionary system, I can see a list by ward of returned missio...

Re: Church Webcasts using OBS

Did a Stake Conference broadcast on Sunday using OBS. 33 people in the chapel, the rest all online. I solicited the help of two other people for this to get everything right. One on camera, one on audio and one on OBS switching, and doing the text overlays (lower 3rd) on speakers and songs. We had t...

Scheduling a broadcast

Looking for advice. When you schedule your web broadcast event using the Church's portal, for say a Stake Conference that starts at 10:00 AM, do you schedule the event for 10AM or do you schedule it earlier so you can start the stream say a couple of minutes before 10 to make sure it does work? Our ...

Can to assign calling to 18 year old sister as RS secretary? Does not come up in search

I have a ward that can not place a 18 year old sister in the system as Relief Society Secretary. When they go to the vacant calling and click edit then search, neither the name or membership number will pull her up. Just to test the system, they tried another 18 yr old sister and the same thing happ...

Re: Church Webcasts using OBS

Streamyard has a monthly fee and is interesting, but I would suggest looking at VMIX. It is a dedicated application and is not a monthly subscription. It is very stable and powerful...or stick with OBS or Streamlabs OBS. Price is right for VMIX and it looks very impressive. One main difference betw...

Re: Getting Audio right with Virtual Sacrament Meeetings

For the audio into the laptop, you may want to get a USB sound card device. They are usually mic level input so you will reduce from line out to mic level out.

Re: Getting Audio right with Virtual Sacrament Meeetings

The biggest complaint I am hearing from members (not in my stake) who are watching virtual sacrament meetings is the audio. I am a believer that audio is key to a successful event for those viewing. I just noticed the recommendatione
