The name "Prince" breaks new FamilySearch.

On January 25, 2012, I was sent a message from new FamilySearch stating: "The problem with your name is due to an issue in new FamilySearch when dealing with the name Prince. The error occurs during the transfer of data from LDS Church Membership Records to new FamilySearch. The engineers are w...

"Church administration office" address?

The Baptism and Confirmation Record for Readmission form says that it is to be sent to the "Church administration office". I can't find a mailing address for this office. Any pointers?
