We had a blank check sitting in our printer and accidentally printed another document on it. Do I need to do anything to account for the skipped check number, since the blank couldn't be used? I wrote void on the check, cut out the signature section, and filed the it. Is that all I need to do.

I have a member family that has their membership set to private currently. They asked me to change it to public, but I have no Idea how to do that. They aren't tech savvy and can't figure out how to do it themselves on the app or LDS.org. FYI, I'm the Ward Clerk.

Just did a check from LCR. No expense report was available to print like you would do from MLS. Does the Bishop's review take the place of the expense report in LCR?

Can we buy gift cards for helping people with gas? Bishop would like to keep a couple of cards in his desk. We would like to use fast offering money, but can't enter a recipient name for the reimbursement. Any ideas? If Ward members gifted the card would that work?

On MLS got to Finance, View/Update expenses, selected date you need and print. It's not the same as the expense report, but it gives you a summary of that day. You and the Bishop can sign and date it.
