I'm using the built-in classes. Should there be an 'edit' button to modify the class info? Do I have to delete the standard built-in class and re-add it with instructor info? Seems like an odd way to do it.

When I hover over 'view teacher', I get 'none'. I checked our callings to make sure we're using standard callings instead of custom callings and that seems to be correct. That is, we're using the standard built-in calling names of 'High Priests Group Instructor', 'Elders Quorum Instructor', 'Relief ...

I'm not sure my original question was answered. I have the ability to create a convert record in MLS. Should I not be able to do that? Should the mission office always create the convert record? If I'm allowed to do it (and it seems like I can - the option is there in MLS and it let me fill in every...

So if I have the mission office create the record (I presume they have MLS?), and we get the record, does it show up automatically in our household or does it appear as a sole record (I guess as it's own head of household)? Either way, it sounds like I might have a duplicate record in my household s...

how do i remove a duplicate prior spouse

I terminated a marriage and specified the divorce date and such but somehow I now have two prior spouses and their current spouse showing up under this member. The two prior spouses are the same with the exception that one shows a marriage date and the other doesn't. I don't see where I can remove t...

how prevent duplicate records for child convert baptism?

I searched this forum for 'convert baptism' but couldn't find my answer. We adopted a daughter from China two years ago when she was 8 years old. We had a record created for her and added to our family. She has since learned English very well and decided to be baptized. When I try to record the bapt...

No problem. No offense intended.

(BTW, I did search on this forum for this topic before adding my comments. I wanted to see if it had been addressed before but couldn't find any other posts. That doesn't mean they're not there. It just means I didn't have the right search terms.)

In an ideal world, someone would monitor the list and comment on these issues that they're fixed in the next release. However, being a developer myself, I know that that's time consuming.

Link this MLS export data to the geocoded CSV So from MLS, export the member data. From the maps app, export the geocoded data. Then merge/link them together, presumably with household name as the key? Once I have that, what do you use to get them back onto a map? I mentioned batchgeo.com, which I ...

I'd be ok with a 'guess'. The directory does a decent job and it'd be nice to see that applied to a map. For now I use batchgeo.com
