Re: When's a young man not a young man?
Bummer. I wonder when the snapshot is taken (or if there's a way to find out). If it's done at the beginning of the quarter, I might have already missed it for this quarter, meaning I'd have to wait until 2nd quarter, which isn't due until July 15, 2016.

Re: When's a young man not a young man?
I appreciate everyone's ideas on this. I like to think of the handbooks as sort of scripture since they are inspired documents and are what we refer to when we have questions. We follow them as much as possible but not every situation is covered in the handbooks and thus inspiration comes in. I thin...

Not according to handbook 2 section 7.6 - "A prospective elder is a male Church member age 19 or older who does not hold the Melchizedek Priesthood."

When's a young man not a young man?
We have two 18 year old young men that graduated from high school last year (June 2015). Their birthdays are in March and July, respectively, so one of them will be 19 in two months and the other will be 19 in six months. The definition of a prospective elder is age 19 or older (unless they're marri...

Re: Some photos not found (error 404) after stake split
Somewhat recent, Nov 8, 2015, but sufficiently long enough for things to be in sync. But it's not just "out of stake" pictures. I can look at a ward that is in the same stake as we were previously and some of their pictures work and some don't. Same with new wards that weren't part of our ...

Some photos not found (error 404) after stake split
Some pictures in the directory show the word "photo" instead of the actual picture. The attached screenshot is from my ipad but I get the same problem on a PC and Ma, in all the major browsers. I hadn't noticed this problem until our stake split recently. This isn't an issue of whether a p...

Re: Not all missionaries serving in our ward show up in ward dir
The mission office should be able to handle that. They assign you to a ward(s) which allows the ward to see who is serving in their ward (via the online directory) *and* it allows the missionary to see the ward directory. The ward clerk can't fix this for you. The mission office would have to do it.

Hmm, so are you just agreeing with what I'm seeing or do you actually know the criteria that satisfy the report?

Is there a way to report who donates online?
When I look at my personal donation history it shows me the source as either "online donation" (the past 5 months) or "ward" (earlier this year before online donations were available for our ward). It would be useful to know if that information could be reported for the entire wa...

Re: Printing member address labels
When I try to access that link, I get "The content on this page is restricted to certain roles. LDS Account sign-in is required." I'm the ward clerk and am already signed in. The page shows my name above the "Help Center" left navigation so it knows I'm signed in. And the "a...
