I have an error, were a member ( Father ) under household does not show a son.
I go to Family and Son correctly shows up. Also son does not show up as a member under
member list. What steps to correct. Thanks

Where can I go and read what merge records does. I have two situation were I moved the male into our ward and it brought a wife with him,
but he just married a lady already in our ward. both have Kids. I don't have information about first wife yet....
Can merge records be used to get records together?

Thanks for your help. The person name seem to be correct except
when I go to member list and look up the person I am having problem
with her name is first name first and all other members of the family
are last name first with a comma after last name. don't see any place
to correct that.

I have some one that was a member Left the church and now has been re- Baptized . When I tried to enter
his information to create a record, I get a message that might be a duplicate record. Does church hold information
on people that leave the Church . Maybe even been disciplined.

I am new in my calling as a ward clerk membership. I made a mistake entering a child twice with different names. I would like to delete the record for record number- I did find some instruction that said to go to Member Information screen, click on ACTION THEN CLICK ON CANCEL RECORD. But I don't get...
