Right. Currently most RSS readers only allow for subscriptions to public blogs. There isn't a way to add a private feed to an RSS reader. I disagree. Username/password or personal security token or (select your favorite method of the many available) allow you to subscribe to private feeds in any RS...

This is listed on the Known limitations page on the wiki:
You cannot pin a featured article to the top of the homepage. You can only pin featured articles to a specific category.
So, I would guess that means pinning a feature to the "homepage", or the All category, is a planned feature.

A couple of thoughts...

When I need to help wards, I go to them, have them login with their accounnt, and then I proceed to teach them how to use the system. Though there will be some upfront headaches, I believe doing it this way (not just fixing issues for the wards, but showing them how to resolve their own issues) will...

When uploading images, you must use Chrome or Firefox (rather than Internet Explorer).
