Re: Administrator list page

I haven't put Firefox on the machine I'm on presently, but seems like the last time I posted Firefox version a few days ago from another machine it was 18, so you might also try checking for another recent update. Additionally you might try another browser like Chrome (downloads and installs very qu...

Re: Lesson Schedule in Calendar

I read the post from whatgoesaround differently... He is in the right forum but should have started a new thread. He is right, he can't add events to lesson schedules but he can update the lessons and add further detail to the youth Sunday school lessons by selecting the desired outline for each week.

Re: Location scheduling - Can't select buildings but they ex

It looks like the difference is "Units using this location" For the temple, you have the stake showing as the only unit using it, and since you are obviously a stake administrator that would apply to you. The Cleveland building has no units listed. If I understand how this list works, it a...

Re: Calendar v2.2.3: Scheduler rights for all buildings?

I am not the primary building scheduler either. I might have been unintentionally for one of them because I recall having issues getting it to change at one point. But by removing myself as a scheduler from any of them it would have automatically removed me as primary and made one of the other two s...

Re: Can't administer private calendars.

My experience is that for private calendars there are some nuances that may or may not be intended... The first thing, and I am sure this is intentional, if you are not explicitly listed with edit permissions on a private calendar, whether you are an administrator or not, you will not be able to sub...

Re: Become new Editor to a Calendar?

Ward website administrators, bishoprics, clerks and the executive secretary are default calendar administrators and therefore have automatic administration and edit rights to any calendar that isn't a private calendar weather they are explicitly given edit permissions or not i.e. any of them can add...

Re: Take down rclesson now that it's live?

I actually like the idea of beta versions being available consistently. Gives you a place to play and learn without messing with the release version.

Re: Assign Photos has no way to delete a photo

I had the same experience and the unassigned found there came as a surprise to me... I uploaded a photo and assigned it. Then I cropped the photo. The new cropped version shows up in manage photos, and now the original shows up in assign photos.

Re: calendar display issues with IE8

There are known compatibility issues with IE8 for many of the tools on LDS.org which have been mentioned in many posts. If you are not still using Windows XP then it would be advisable to upgrade to IE9 (not available for XP) or use a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

Photo Crop Constraint

The Crop constraint appears to be a ratio of the original picture, but has it's limitations. I uploaded a landscape oriented picture with lots of blank space on the sides that I wanted to crop off, effectively turning it into a portrait oriented photo by cropping but not rotating. I didn't need to r...
