Re: How do I change the date after I edit an article?
Lol, too funny. Shows how much I'm using it :) I had forgotten that I had noticed that little caveat about featured articles and the All categories view, let alone posted about it. Thanks for reminding me, especially since I am trying to get my stake and wards using this by giving clerks and Executi...

Re: How do I change the date after I edit an article?
A little surprised that for Kelly's original question about ordering the posts that no one brought up the concept of Featured Articles, which causes an article to stay on top of other articles even if they were posted more recently. There are some tricks to that, of course, because if there are mult...

Re: Combining Lessons
This one has some challenges to it. It is certainly easy enough to edit the lesson for that week only, and change it from using the Class Manual to Topic (Custom), whereupon you can enter something like "Lorenzo Snow Manual, Lessons 2 & 4" and you could even add the URL to at least the...

Re: Lesson Schedule added to LDS Tools
I agree that Lesson Schedules would get used more if it were available on phones and tablets, etc., but there are some inherent limitations with putting it into either LDS Tools or Gospel Library. If they put it into Tools, and someone uses the links contained within the Lesson Schedules "appli...

Re: Reservations worth it?
Excellent news! Thanks!johnsonth wrote:As a heads up, when calendar 2.5 is released (maybe 2 weeks?), it changes the term "reservations" to "restrictions." I know this is just a language fix to the problem, but hopefully it will alleviate some confusion.

Re: Temporarily not available
Curious to know if she shows up in the lds.org Directory as RS President... We had some new/old High Councilors that were showing up in CDOL as they should and I assumed in MLS as well, since the Stake Clerk told me they were, though I didn't look for myself, plus I assumed if they were in CDOL, the...

Re: Scouting Events - Stake Calendar or its Own?
We don't look at them as scouting events specifically in our stake, it is more about who the events are for. We have a stake calendar for stake and ward leaders where round tables and district leadership meetings go. We have a stake calendar for general stake membership where district camps and even...

Re: Calendar v2.2.3: Scheduler rights for all buildings?
I don't duplicate this same behavior... I started by adding my wife as a scheduler for one location. She has absolutely no calendar administration rights or edit privileges on any calendar either by calling or by name (she's the Ward Sacrament Bulletin Specialist), so this seemed like a reasonable t...

Change to Displayed Locations
Something has recently changed how locations are displayed on the Week view. Unfortunately, I don't use it often, so I had not noticed until today so I can not positively say when the change occurred. The change is this: I no longer see any locations on week view below the Subscribed Calendars list....

Re: 2013 Churchwide Events
I too was recently wondering why there are no 2013 Churchwide events yet. I'd like to presume that it's just something that someone hasn't gotten to yet this year as apposed to it being something that no one with the ability to do so knows it needs to be done. But just in case no one who can do it k...
