Instructor assignments

When attempting to input the instructor on a given week, I get the lovely "green bar" message saying my edits have been saved. However, the changes are NOT saved. I've noticed this for a few days now.

Our stake created a calendar used for scheduling the church farm "campground." Somehow it is set up so that ONLY one specific person ("scheduler" if you like) has access to create events, but everyone can see it. So apparently there are features already available for what you see...

So at this point, are my options to retouch every lesson schedule by hand? That's exactly what I had to do when we had a "Special Stake Conference" that pre-empted regular meetings. Would have been nice to have an option to either replace currently-scheduled lessons, or to move them all &...

Maybe a way for users to define a "set" of calendars for quick toggling; we currently have ALL ON and ALL OFF options, but perhaps another one or two (or more) CUSTOM sets of calendars? I'd use one called CLERK (all my ward calendars plus specific stake leadership), another YOUTH (local wa...

Weekday Lessons

Any chance the functionality could be opened up to other days of the week? Our Seminary teacher has a summer reading program that could be a repository for suggested readings. We have Family History classes during the week. I'm sure there are other possible non-Sunday uses for this tool too.

Copy schedule to another class?

Is there a way to copy a current schedule to a new class? For example, I have built the High Priests lesson schedule for the whole year. The Elders have the same lessons, and it would be great to simply copy High Priests to Elders. Relief Society lessons are almost the same, so copying High Priests ...

I missed the second page on that other thread. The original issue over there (everyone mapped at 0/0) seemed different than the permissions issue (reported on page 2).

New Show on Map issue

I recently had a ward member contact me because he can no longer see the "Show on Map" link from the DIRECTORY. In addition, he can't see any households on the MAP tool. When I log in using my profile, both of those features work fine, so I'm assuming my calling gives me the increased visi...
