As a newly called secretary it may take a few days after the standard calling is entered into the system for permissions to appear. Class rolls are available in Leader and Clerk Resources > Reports > Attendance Rolls rather than in Member Tools.

It doesn't look like the app is fully developed yet. There are provisions yet to be programmed in - like accounting for no-meeting-Sundays and for things like stake conference or general conference. I tried to add the quorum specialists to their official callings now that they're in LCR but ran into a problem - system only allows members of the quorum to be entered as specialist, no adults.
