Doesn't the quarterly report to the stake self-populate from the actual home-teaching visits reported divided by the total actual households? Yes, it does. But, you can directly change the number of families visited on the report. This allows the report to be sent even if the HT/VT visits have not ...

The banks have never fussed about that. And yes, the member is asked not to do it.

We have two deacons. The Young Men advisors recommended and the bishopric approved a hand picked a set of about five families for each of them and that became the route. [grin]

We were also supposed to have someone at the unit computer, although that requirement has not been specifically enumerated in more recent instructions.

"Indiv ID" and "HofH ID" ... How permanent are these within a ward MLS system? I know of no documentation. And I would not be surprised if those IDs were rewritten any time the indexes were rebuilt with a backup and restore. You might want to try that with the test data base. Load a group of famili...

So even if people select names without doing all the combining, when they get ready to print the ordinance request they are presented with possible matches in the new Temple Ready process. In these possible matches screens the ordinance dates are shown in the comparison screens. There are safeguard...

What do the computers have to do with your decision to have an Internet connection? We are not willing to spend the money for a memory upgrade and wireless equipment for 14 computers. In addition, the stake budget will not support the cost of internet service to buildings away from the stake center...

Has the death date been recorded on the membership record and the record sent to CHQ?

Even so, this may or may not solve the problem. I have noticed that members who move to address unknown still get broadcast messages from LUWS.

Do you have the ability to test it in your stake? I cannot, sorry, or I would. Our stake computer is the only Admin connected to the internet and is running through the FHC CCN. We have opted not to spend stake money to upgrade any of the wards due to cost and the fact that they will be replaced ne...
