Our Stake President has asked each ward to submit to the stake the number of families in each ward that contributed to fast offerings during 2008. He is not interested in names or amounts. I did not exactly solve my problem, but I did resolve it. I was not able to print out the tithing settlement summary, but I am able to print out the correct official year end statement for tax purposes. I suspect the original donation (which was Dec. this year) did not have a record number assigned ...

A couple made a donation in early December. We did not recognize the name and I think I entered the donation as "not a ward member". This happens in our ward fairly often. zeroing out an "Other" sub account

We have a small negative balance in an "Other" sub account which I want to clear by transferring money from a budget account. It seem the only way is to write a check on budget and then deposit it in the "Othe" account. If there is an easier way, I would appreciate a how to response. Thanks.

Our stake allocates the ward budget amounts at the beginning of the year based upon the previous years sac. meeting attendance plus additional amounts for YM-YW & primary.
