As long as every ward you donated in 1) had you membership record while you were there 2) successfully linked your donor record to your membership record, then you shouldn't have to go chase down your statements from each ward individually any more! This sounds great. That combined with CHQ creatin...

Need 64bit Media Encoder

You need to use Windows Media Encoder 64 bit version, Then Web Cast should work fine. Or at least it worked for me. I know 32 bit Encoder works better for most things but Webcast seems to be looking for version to match OS. I have both 32 and 64 bit Encoder installed, but Webcast will only use 64bit...

2 Computers in the stake with similar issue

I had 2 computers in the stake with similar issue. The patch downloaded, installed. MLS would not start up after the reboot. Would flash the splash screen and then disappear and no MLS.
Downloaded the MLS 3.2.3 and installed over the existing install fixed the problem.

"an error has occurred" accessing organization and callings in MLS

I ran into a problem with MLS with one of the units in the stake. When trying to access unit callings and/or organization sections of MLS, it would return with an error “an error occurred”. I resolved it by updating MLS from 3.1.3 to 3.1.4. I am posting this because when they called me with the prob...

Thanks for the heads up. Just found same problem with our unit statement. Our phone service is/was also with McLeod, but these unknown Qwest charges still appeared, to the tune of $1400.00+. So saves me a call to SLC tomorrow. But not sure why SLC will not adjust/give back the $ to the other categor...

How do you activate a recommend from home? The only way I know of would be to have a copy of the MLS software installed and using a copy of the actual stake database, which is definitely against policy. The clerk would also need the recommend scanner. Using TES...Definitely don't use MLS...

Am also having significant problems activating recommends on ver. 3. Had to basically back out and reenter activation section after each one...clerk final gave up and went home and activated the rest from home. Is there a resolution to this yet?

Have same type need, and got same response from SLC. What we are doing for this upcoming conference is to turn on additional DSL lines (one permanent at each location), and then an additional temporary line at the stake center for each other building to stream to. Qwest has told me they have no poli...
