Multiple times. No response. I use the support email address in the app. It sure would be nice to hear from them but I repeatedly get no response.

Is there any way to get an update of some sort on the sync issue? If sync does not work, and there is no intel being provided of when or even IF it will ever get fixed, then why would anyone continue to use the app if there is a real possibility that their annotations will eventually be lost forever...

I too would like help with this. I too am getting the "changes pending since last successful sync at Dec 31, 2000" message on the sync page of the GL app.

You should be able to tap on the text of the note and it should open it up for editing. Since you are posting, it makes me think that it is broken for you. I have never had that happen for me.
