How long do we hang on to certain records
I understand that we keep financial records for three years. What about records for those who receive welfare support? Is that in the same category as a financial record that we keep for three years? Or should we shred those records after an audit? How about documents related to legal proceedings? T...

Re: 2021 curriculum - any way to cancel CFM being sent to a ward?

2021 curriculum - any way to cancel CFM being sent to a ward?
Is there a way to opt out of the automatic receipt of 2021 Come Follow Me manuals for each household in our YSA ward?
The YSAs mostly don't use them (digital natives) and have several boxes of 2020's and 2019's that they've never opened.

Quarterly report: how to report during COVID-19
I am in Washington state and thanks to COVID-19 we haven't held any mtgs for a couple weeks, and it may be several more before we do. Has anyone seen guidance about what to do with the quarterly report in this circumstance? We may have no meetings to report for a significant portion of the quarter. ...

Re: Reporting sacrament mtg. attendance during a natural disaster
Thank you for the answer (record 0 and it won't be counted against your average)
I called the help desk in Salt Lake and confirmed this. They also pointed out that this is what we should record in each ward on stake conference Sunday.

Reporting sacrament mtg. attendance during a natural disaster
Hoping you can steer me to where I can find guidance on reporting sacrament mtg. attendance while some stakes have cancelled mtgs. due to the coronavirus issue in part of Washington. If our wards report zero attendance, I think this could impact their funding because one component of a ward's budget...

Membership clerk can't create custom reports online
It looks like stake membership clerks can't create custom reports using LCR (the option isn't available to our stake membership clerk). And this very old thread seems to concur: https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=31403&p=182580&hilit=create+report+membership#...

Re: High Councilor can't see ward leadership anymore
I 'fixed' it by having him clear his cache/cookies.
I initially had him open LCR in a private window (to test the cookie/cache problem theory) and he was able to see everything just fine.
After that he cleared his cache/cookies and has been able to access everything just fine.

Re: High Councilor can't see ward leadership anymore
He's been entered in the system using the standard High Council position for a couple years.
It was working for him fine up until a couple weeks ago.

High Councilor can't see ward leadership anymore
A High Councilor complains that he can't see ward leadership positions across the stake in LCR anymore. Bug or feature? My wife is in a ward relief society presidency and can do this. It would hamper a High Councilor, who works with wards not his own, not to be able to see ward leadership in another...
