Re: Usage statistics in TM?

A couple of weeks ago, I worked with a church support person, investigating WAN outages at one of our meetinghouses. He commented to me that the feature your are referring to, had been removed from TM. He didn't provide additional information as to why or if similar functionality would be returning....

Re: Webcast Audio Feed | 60 Hz Hum | Passive DI Box?

We have hum issues with wireless mics connected to the sound systems in all 4 of our meetinghouses. We use this DI box, which has worked well for us.

Re: Using MLS with Hotspots

Some access points/WiFi extenders have an Ethernet port, to which you could connect a client. I'm wondering if you were to establish a wireless connection to a hot spot from such a device and then connect the meetinghouse firewall WAN port to the Ethernet port of the extender, that should give the f...

Re: Replay webcast events when set to public

Yes, if you have the event code, you can replay a public event, until it auto-deletes. Since the event codes don't seem to be available after the fact, my solution has been to copy the event codes for each scheduled meeting in advance, just in case there is a need to review a meeting.

Re: Changes to Webcast buffering times

A word of warning. I thought we had a 15 minute post roll with stake conference. The Church webcast system cut us off around seven minutes today Same thing happened to us a couple of weeks ago with one of our stake conference sessions. In our case the meeting had just ended, about seven minutes aft...

Re: Notice to STS - Using Zoom Webinars...

One big shortcoming of the Meetinghouse Webcast platform is attendance reporting. I would hope that the Zoom Webinar platform is better in that regard.

For instance, can it produce reports of attendees, time and duration of attendance for a given meeting?

Re: Notice to STS - Using Zoom Webinars...

From the document: Zoom webinar is a one-way meeting solution that offers the ability to make remote participants interactive if desired. Since this solution is now available to all units, and is on a platform familiar to most members, it is the recommended noninteractive platform for all meetings r...

Re: Webcast feedback?

During the night, I received an email with feedback for a future broadcast scheduled for this coming Sunday. Nice to know ahead of time that the broadcast will go well. Saying the video was "great" with a score of 4 is telling. Of course, now you have two days to bump it up a notch...
