I was surprised when mine was delivered by FedEx on Saturday (9/21). I've been feeling bad that it took me so long to test. I see I'm in good company... ;)

Re: Blank Video no Sound for Scheduled Event

I was also testing the new receiver last night. We also are using auto config, but not for the first time. We started using it in August for our stake conference broadcasts. During the first half hour of our test window, everything was fine. At about 8:30 PM PDT, our screen also went black. The vidi...

Re: Teradek video does not always start

I was not aware I could do that in the Teradek. In case someone sees this discussion and wants to set a static IP address on t...

Re: Is this just me? No "Members moved out" report

I see now that the Tools app is actually showing me a complete list of move-outs, but for just a single ward. The same list shows whether I select the stake or any individual ward. The move-outs shown are from the first ward in the alphabetically sorted list of wards in the stake. I'd send feedback...

Re: work arounds.

2) Meraki APs should be able to be shut off from SLC if issues occur? Or QoS them? Perhaps as an option on a schedule when setting up the Broadcast schedule? Scheduled AP down time is in beta. 3). Audio only option through cell phones can work as well. Our standard setup for stake conference webcas...

Re: access?

You only need the link to receive. You don't need access to the web page. But if you do not have access to the web page, the STS will need to send you the building receive link? Yes. The STS or someone else with access, logs in to the portal and in the Setup for the event, copies the appropriate UR...

Re: Pre-scheduling disabling and enabling access points

I received a response from Meetinghouse IT Support for the feedback I submitted:
Currently, the ability to schedule access points is in beta testing and not currently open for Stake Technology Specialists to schedule. Keep an eye out for this ability to become available in the future.
