Have you tried using a web browser to go to the IP address of the camera?

Re: IP address for new HD cameras

Log in to Technology Manager and click on the serial # link of the building firewall. Click on the blue stacked-dot button on the top-right and select "Get Connected Devices" from the menu. You should see the left column of the table below get populated for each zone that currently has dev...

Re: Language Translators in Separate Room

By the way, when we connect the transmitter to the above mentioned external antenna, we remove the "rubber duckie" antenna.

Re: Language Translators in Separate Room

We permanently installed a Williams Sound ANT 005 antenna, up on the ledge at the back of the chapel. We ran coax cable to a wall plate in another room, where we also have a connection to the building A/V distribution. For stake conference, we set up a interpreter station in the room, connecting the...

Re: Broken Vacuum

Funny story. A few weeks ago, I went to our meetinghouse to take a turn to help clean the building. A fellow member had the front cover off one of the Windsor Sensor vacuums, trying to figure out why the bag full/system clogged light kept coming on, and shutting the vacuum off after a few seconds. T...

Re: Requests to enable relationship viewing

If you're reading the message on-line in FamilySearch, you can click on the sender's name. In the menu that pops up, there's an "Enable Relationship Viewing" selection. I haven't tried it, What irritates me is that under the sender's name (in the menu), I see "relationship not availa...

No, it isn't bogus. The answer to your question is given 2 posts before your post (here)?

Re: Dedicated IP Addresses for Network Devices

I have not yet reloaded it but will do so later this week. No, actually, I won't. I forgot that I have to travel to the stake center, power up the Teradek VidiU encoder and get it functioning on the network, have the firewall look for it and snag the MAC address (it is not good enough for me to typ...

Re: Dedicated IP Addresses for Network Devices

DHCP leases are stored in the Meraki cloud currently and not in TM or in the local router. We are aware of one event where existing DHCP reservations made in TM were lost because of a migration script that failed to take them into account during a large series of Meraki organization splits and migr...

Re: Study plan notifications don't fire

I'm trying to isolate this issue and get a fix pushed out. The behavior is sporadic across OEM's and OS's, so it's difficult to engineer a solution. I use and do all development (including when I wrote the Study Plan reminder notification code) on a Pixel 3 XL and now a Pixel 4 XL running Android P...
