You can save the file and then email it out to others. To IMPORT, click the IMPORT button on the bottom left, and search for the file using...

Exporting/Importing MLS custom report parameters

On more than one occasion I have created a custom report in MLS that I wanted to share with another unit. The only way I have found to do this is to document the criteria and format information and pass it on for manual creation in the other unit's MLS. A useful enhancement to MLS would be the abili...

Since it is possible for a login to not be linked to a membership record, I made the recommendation that MLS be changed to allow authorization of finance transactions to be made only by users with logins linked to membership records. This would ensure that both data elements are available to store ...

OK, how does a stake clerk create a backup login on a ward computer when his records are not in that unit? I didn't say that all logins should have to be linked to a record. I suggested that a membership record linked login only be required for authorizing finance transactions. So for instance, whe...

As pointed out, both pieces of information is not always available. If I remember correctly, there has been counsel for the stake to have a login on the ward machine to be able to use as needed. Obviously the stake person is not going to have a MRN in MLS other then in the home ward. This is correc...

Calling/Position Based MLS Usernames

Well this thread means I am going to have to rethink everything ! When I was the Technology Specialist, I was responsible for converting the Nashville Tennessee Stake, now the Madison Tennessee Stake, to MLS. I very distinctly remember being told to create positions and move members in and out of t...

iCal calendar export

brenthale wrote:We need the ability to import and export in ical format.

Export capability has been there for quite some time now. In the top right corner of the calendar page you'll find options to export the next 12 months in your choice of CSV, iCal and vCal formats.
