I need the specs from a Teradek Vidiu Pro power supply, please

If anyone has a V Pro available, can you tell me the specs on the power supply?? Our Vidiu died and we got a used V Pro. Unfortunately, there was no power supply with it. The manual is a bit . . . . . casual . . . . . . with the power supply specs. All they say is 6-18 volts 4.5 to 10 watts. I'm try...

Re: PTZOptics NDI cam directly into Church Webcast system?

So will the PTZoptics not take an audio input (assuming you ran an audio cable to the camera) and mix it for the stream? And your solution was my second option as well. In our brand new stake center they installed a discontinued ptz camera that only does SD. My thought was to hopefully use the cabl...

Re: PTZOptics NDI cam directly into Church Webcast system?

We have two of these cameras in our stake center and push them to the Church's webcast system. As you know, you're going to need to mix the audio from one source and the video from the camera then encode it and send to the webcast servers. In our most basic setup where we have a single active camera...

According to their website specs, these SPFs are 1 GB/Sec not 100MB.

Re: Managed switches

I used the pre-installed modules, and also tried the spare modules. I'm pretty sure it was pushed in far enough. Can you tell me which modules you have? Is it the Approved Networks GLC-TE-A? Apparently there are some issues with compatibility. The instructions show F/W internet to SFP-9, then use s...

Re: Managed switches

Has anyone successfully installed the new switches yet? I tried, but the switches do not work with the supplied SFP modules. The switch status light stays orange. I can connect to one of the rj45 ports- they the switch status turns green. The sfp modules I received are Approved Networks, model GLC-...

Re: Wall mount kit for 24 port switch??

Thanks for the answers. I found something that I think will work. Secure mounting, plenty for air flow, etc. https://www.startech.com/en-us/server-m ... rk119wallv

Wall mount kit for 24 port switch??

We received our 24 and 8 port switches this week. I just finished installing several pairs of 8 port units. A piece of cake. I have a question about the 24 port switch however. Unlike the 8's there is no wall mount option, just rack mount. Anyone have a good suggestion on how to mount these on a wal...

Re: Sharing our experience with Virtual Sacrament Meeting Broadcasts

These are paid accounts, though, correct? It is my understanding that the free Zoom accounts are not able to interface with the webcast system. Correct, you must have a paid Zoom account. Our stake purchased about a dozen accounts. Some for the STS's to webcast meetings, some for Seminary teachers ...
