If I may, I strongly suggest using the Church webcast system for non-Vidiu environments. As soon as they released the HBE option, we starting broadcasting sacrament services from several of our buildings using basic Zoom personal accounts. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, we've been broadcasting sacrament meetings for quite a while and have a process in place for the ordnance. It involves a file share while the ordnance is occurring (which takes care of the video) and muting the audio. The file is attached. If you're interested ...

I second the Church webcast event process. While this assumes you have a Vidiu / Teradek unit, there is a way to use a Zoom meeting that integrates into the Church system. We initially tried the Teradek autoconfig but ended up having more problems then successes. So we have stayed with known, always good-to-go manual input.
