Thought about that, but though it could be addressed through programming. :D

I looked and didn't see this request. All I want for Christmas is the ability to print a range of months from the calendar rather one by one. I tell all the aux leaders to please print their calendars they need from the website, it is a pain though to print each month individually. Well okay they a...

Verifing Ward and address

Here is the other issue. What used to come on disk (the COI) is now internet based. I have been told that only the Bishop and Stake President can view this.

Yes I can use meeting locator to find the right ward but it doesn't give me the unit number.

So what's a clerk to do??:p

Signature Page for Expenses/Checks

I need to reprint the signature that list the expenses that were cut for that batch/period. It contains a signature line for the Clerk and the Bishop.

Need to remind our other computer users to make sure there is paper in the printer at all times.:o

New member lesson report

Awhile back, shortly after being called as clerk, I saw a MLS window/report that tracks new member lessons, now I can't seem to find it.

Its not the new member report, but rather a report that simply tracked the required lessons after baptism.

Or did I just imagine seeing it.

I do not understand why you mention temple recommend holders in a post about tithing settlement. Tithing settlement is for everybody, even those who have not contributed. In all the wards I have been a member tithing settlement has been done by a signup list. The signup sheets were posted on the cl...

Tithing Settlement - Its That time of year

Okay, this is my first time doing tithing settlements and I wanted to get some points how to effectively set this up to maximize the number of participants. My Bishop wants every Temple Recommend holder to have an appointment and using blocks that are filled so as to not have any gaps of time. I am ...
