Any new thoughts on this thread? My ward is having this same issue. We can print from other areas of MLS as well as any app on the machine but the finance printing spools to the print queue then disappears with nothing printing and no errors. (the name in the print queue is java-printing) Using Cut...

I also need to use the bcc in messaging. Any updates on that ticket or ETA on resolution?
