Re: Unable to change profile picture

By "profile picture", do you mean the photo that is displayed in the ward directory? If so, please keep in mind that there is an approval process that new photos need to go through. One of your ward leaders will need to approve the updated photo before it can be seen by anyone else. There ...

If paper cups are available for purchase, the local leaders can make the decision for their local units. In order to influence g...

Re: CANNOT REGISTER IN LDS ACCOUNT

The method that is the most likely to get the problem solved the most quickly is for her to talk to her ward clerk. In the interim, some of the information in the topic/thread at the top of this (the 'Church Account') forum might be helpful: https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f...

Re: ward directly does not display

I cannot open my account when I use my membership record number. I know the number is correct. I keep receiving an error message that says I have more than one account open. I have asked the Church help desk to cancel my 2 accounts that are open and replace these 2 accounts with a new account. The ...

Re: Record of temple visits

All I have is a semi-educated guess, but (personally) I highly doubt it. The semi-educated part of the guess comes from a second-hand anecdote from an earlier stake I lived in. At stake conference, the stake leaders informed the visiting authority of the counts of temple visits by stake members duri...
