Re: Birthdate

Talk to your ward clerk. He can arrange to get the information corrected on the records.

Re: Unable to sign in after password reset

It sounds like the advice in the post immediately before yours would probably be applicable for this case as well. Earlier today, the servers were having problems. This is just a guess, but perhaps trying too many times to reset the password might have caused the account to be locked. If I understan...

Re: Unable to log in to my lds tool account.

Most likely, just wait until the servers and related infrastructure start working again. When that will be, I have no idea. It appears that today there are problems with a lot of the Church online infrastructure. There have been several posts in various areas on the topic.

Re: cancel magazine subscription

Do you have a copy of a recent magazine issue from that subscription? If so, there should be contact information inside the magazine, likely within the first few pages. If not, there should be some customer support contact information at the magazines section of the online store. I tried to get an e...

Re: How do I feed audio into a laptop from the chapel audio system?

I'm aware of two practical options: On most reasonably recent systems I have seen lately, there is a 1/8" phone jack labeled "record out" or something similar somewhere in the chapel. I have seen it under or near the sacrament table or next to the pulpit. You'll want to make sure the ...

Re: Phishing email

At times, the Church has used external vendors to do surveys of experiences with sending feedback to the website. If you had recently submitted feedback or used that mechanism to ask a question, it might be a legitimate survey. Also, I seem to recall having heard that the Church occasionally does mo...

Re: "New Experience" Toggle - error

I've been having the same problem for weeks. Super frustrating. When I go to any of the scriptures or to Come Follow Me, it will display for a few seconds and then the page disappears altogether. If I am not logged in it seems to work for a while, but then the pages seem to be blank when I select a...

Re: Stop receiving emails OR delete account

There are a few things you can do yourself: Go to the Account Settings page for your Church Account, then Email Subscriptions. Unsubscribe from everything (or more specific if you wish). Go to the Contact settings, select 'Private - Leaders Only' or delete your email address. To entirely delete your...

Re: Newly wed couple living with parents

I would suggest asking either the ward clerk, bishop, or branch president (depending on situation). I recall having seen instructions that it is okay to have multiple households at the same address. At least in the ward where I currently serve as membership clerk, in most situations like this there ...
